Chandler’s Event Venue all started out with a need in our community for a private, small event site. After 15 years in healthcare marketing, Karla decided to open her own business in 2008. CorkThis!, a winery in Montgomery, was a beloved spot among locals and visitors alike. Because of its event space, it was an ideal location for celebrating special occasions from corporate retreats to rehearsal dinners. After selling CorkThis! in 2017, Karla saw the need for a small event venue that could support the many beautiful wedding venues in Montgomery County.

Karla purchased and recently renovated this attractive 1930’s home in Historic Downtown Montgomery, which is home to Chandler’s Event Venue and your next private celebration. The charming versatility of this venue brings folks together for wedding rehearsal dinners, baby and bridal showers, birthday celebrations, family shindigs, corporate social gatherings or any other old-fashioned bash. Karla works alongside her long-time manager, Toni, and the two of them will customize this unique venue to your specific event. Joy comes from bringing people together, and this team looks forward to working with you to bring joy to you and your guests.

There is nothing quite like our event venue in Montgomery, Texas. Whether you are hosting an indoor or outdoor function, we offer you a small intimate feel with distinction for all your social gatherings and special celebrations. Our event venue comfortably seats 65 guests inside while our garden has space for 50 people, as long as our Texas weather is cooperative.
Chandler’s specializes in hosting small gatherings, and we will take care of all the details, though you are welcome to add your unique touch. We offer private venue rental, full catering services along with bar and beverage options. Our turnkey hosting solutions, which include everything from set-up and clean-up to linens and so much more, make playing host simple and truly enjoyable.
